Our special guest is Jordyn who is a serious ‘foodie’ and worked as an apprentice chef.
The traditional CF diet recommendation is a high fat diet. However a calorie of healthy fat is equal in energy to a calorie of take away food. Considering that foods high in healthy fats are also rich in other nutrients, we have chosen foods like avocado, nuts, fish and extra virgin olive oil to make some healthy recipes that are good for all the family.
