CF Cooking is a joint project between Cystic Fibrosis Western Australia (CFWA) and the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) Dietitian Paul O’Neill.
Paul has worked as the adult CF dietitian at SCGH for the last 8 years. Before studying to be a dietitian he worked as a chef for many years and is excited to be able to incorporate that experience into the CF Cooking project. He loves food and cooking and believe nutritious food should be delicious and enjoyed.
CFWA provides vital home care services and fund research projects for people living with cystic fibrosis. Our vision is "Lives Unaffected by CF".
